IT support for small business and home

IT that small businesses can actually use.

We look after the websites, computers and networks that keep a small business running — and the home technology that never quite behaved. One point of contact, plain English, agreed prices.

Services

Four things we do well

A small business does not need an IT department. It needs someone reliable for the handful of things that cost real time when they break.

Design

Websites, branding and print that look the part without an agency retainer.

  • Small business websites
  • Logos and simple brand kits
  • Menus, posters and signage

Typical job: a clean five-page site, live in a fortnight.

Business IT

The everyday plumbing: accounts, files, backups, Wi-Fi and the security around them.

  • Microsoft 365 and email
  • Networks, Wi-Fi and printers
  • Backups, passwords and devices

Typical job: fix the shared drive, then make sure it is backed up.

Home support

Friendly help at home, in person or remote, for the technology you rely on.

  • Wi-Fi that reaches every room
  • New PC or laptop, set up properly
  • Printers, phones and smart TVs

Typical job: replace an old router and reconnect every device.

AI and automation

Sensible uses of AI that save hours, not demos that impress for a week.

  • Email and document drafting
  • Enquiry and booking assistants
  • Repetitive admin, automated

Typical job: turn a spreadsheet chore into a one-click report.

Who we help

Small enough to care, big enough to cope

Shops and studios

Tills, card readers, design files, websites and the laptop that runs the whole place.

Trades and clinics

Scheduling, invoicing, secure records and phones that need to work on site, every day.

Home and family

Wi-Fi that reaches the back bedroom, a new laptop set up safely, and a backup that works.

How it works

Simple to start, simple to keep going

  1. Have a chat

Tell us what is slowing you down. Ten minutes is usually enough to know what matters.

  2. Get a plain plan

A short written plan in everyday language, with a fixed monthly price where it fits.

  3. We take it from there

Support, fixes and the odd emergency, handled by the person who answered first time.

Fixed prices

Agreed before we start, so there are no surprise invoices.

Same-day answers

Messages get a reply the same working day, usually within a couple of hours.

Tested backups

A backup is only worth having if restoring it has been tried. We test ours.

Yours to keep

Your accounts, files and domains stay in your name. No lock-in, ever.

Questions

The things people ask first

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both. Most fixes happen remotely, usually the same day. Anything physical — cabling, a new router, a laptop build — is arranged as a visit.

What does support cost?

Small jobs are quoted per piece of work. Ongoing support is a fixed monthly plan based on how many devices and people are involved. You get the number before anything starts.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes. We ask for the accounts, passwords and documentation you are entitled to, then check everything works before the changeover.

Do you support Macs and phones as well as Windows?

Yes — Windows, macOS, iPhones and Android for email, accounts, backups and printing. We are honest when something is outside what we do well.

What about AI — is that just a buzzword?

It can be. We only suggest it where it saves measurable time: drafting repetitive emails, answering common questions, or turning a manual report into one click. If it will not help, we say so.

Contact

Tell us what is broken

Email is the quickest way to reach us. Include what you use, how many people are involved, and what keeps going wrong. We reply the same working day.

Prefer to talk? Ask for a call and we will ring you at a time that suits. Remote anywhere in the UK; on-site visits arranged locally.

What happens next

  1. We reply and ask a few plain questions.
  2. We agree a fixed price, or a short piece of work.
  3. We fix it, document it, and show you what changed.

No sales calls, no pressure. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
